WHAT IS THE VMP?
The VMP, Valve Management Panel is an integral component of the sampling system, designed to manage the pneumatic operations of primary and secondary sampler cylinders. It controls the opening and closing of valves with precision, ensuring seamless coordination between the samplers and the sampling process. The VMP is directly linked to the CH-SMP control unit through hardwired connections, allowing for real-time response to system commands and emergency stop functions. The VMP plays a critical role in maintaining system safety by cutting off pressure to the samplers during emergencies and requires manual reset to resume operations.
